Daily goals, motivation and check in

Daily goals, motivation and check in

I'm starting this discussion as a place where we can set our goals daily, help motivate each other to do them and then check in with how we went. It's a place to celebrate when we achieve them or just sit with each other if we didnt and are feeling down about it. Hopefully with encouragement and support from each other we'll tick lots of boxes for our daily goals and feel good about it. Please join in. 😊

Note* Ive just started this thread again so it will be visible. Once I deleted my account it no longer shows up.

please join in again if and when needed.

Re: Daily goals, motivation and check in

Not so good @frog Abysmal energy & low motivation.

What you're achieving sounds good.

Sometimes it's the small things that then add up to big achievements (in the end).

In any case, small steps is all I can manage at the moment.

Like trying to make myself eat enough today.

I was too tired to eat any lunch, then got even more tired because I hadn't eaten....

@frog

Thanks for the mention. Was feeling left out of the forums today .

My motivation varies from day to day week to week month to month and season to season. Sometimes I'd prefer to have prn medicine which sedate me makes me sleep and helps me take everything in my stride . But i don't have prn medicine so i just gotta keep moving forward . Even though moving forward is very vein and futile .

Goals consist of routine stuff basically. Make bed . Open curtains . Shower . Dishes. Washing. Vacume and tidy once a month . Socialize . Walk the dog. Cook. Read. Write.

I hope that helps in some way or another ....

Thanks @eudemonism @Adge @Teej @Shaz51

Goals are a double edged sword for me. Some days the smallest things can be overwhelming. On a good day, goals help me get through necessary stuff.

I have made a bit of progress. Managed to clean the loo and dinner is underway. Now looking for niece's present.

Have a good evening folks, hopefully including some rest.

@frog Thanks for the mention

My plans have changed this weekend and it was necessary so that is alright. SOmetimes we need to go with the flow and sometimes stick to our goals.

Hearing you @outlander about trudging along getting things done. Hard, but you are a trooper Bella. I sometimes get solace from Warrior Women memes and websites.

They are supposed to be very painful. @Shaz51

I never made it to Bunnings ... ha ha ... but still kicked lots of goals... despite needing to take things slow ... just did not spend ... not in a hurry ... just refining my ideas.
