@outlander - yes milk is good, but unfortunately it stimulates mucus production, hence why you now feel 'clogged up'. Have you ever used a website called Health Engine? It can search for GP appointments in your area, and you can book directly without calling the surgery. Your drs surgery may even be in there

Everythings open tomorrow @Former-Member and trying to get into a dr in my usual surgury as others just tell me to go there anyway.

I use that app for my drs and other services on there. It has to be my regular gp or a dr in that surgury as the others tell me to go there anyway
The earliest one so far is the 4th of feb which is only a day earlier than i see my regular gp

@outlander-I don't know hun. I just played around with a few different words, because it wouldn't accept some of the things that I typed in either. Try not to stress too much about it tonight. There's not much more you can do. I would still take your meds. They're important. Sleep propped up a little. See if you can get into a doctor tommorrow, even if it's not your surgery

The milks already worn off @Sans911 but still clogged up. At least it wont do to much damage. Just playing with my mind and when i get clogged up it brings about the worry of sleeping and breathing even though i know im fine.

Maybe thats why theres no appts for tomorrow @Former-Member their website is just showing normal times so not sure. I know they are open on monday
