@outlander - that's a start to try milk, but these nurse led health lines, I've only ever really lovely nurses. They're really calm and helpful. But it's up to you lil Sis

Ok and yes i tried some milk. Its settled a little bit in my throat but not swollowing just makes me feel clogged up @Sans911

@outlander - it advised me to see a GP asap. It didn't say it was an emergency. It certainly sounds like reflux, particularly when you burp. You might need a prescribed medication that decreases the amount of acid in your gut(which is what's coming up when you burp). Just try to get into a doctor tommorrow if you can.

@outlander,quickeze and liquid is pretty useless if heartburn is severe,don't know if supermarket is open tomorrow but you might try the chemist on Saturday,you need a 12 to 24 hr tablet like Zantac,if that doesn't work within 24 hrs it's not heartburn .

I dont know whether to take my meds now or not. I dont want it to get worse but i need them at the same time too.
Its only started happening a few days ago but its been constant. No on and off just constant and gets worse. I tried ruling everything i was eating out but its all healthy and nothing in my diet has changed
