i rode a horse @Former-Member
um i knew when i got on it mightnt be such a good idea but done it anyway. i wont be telling my gp. and ill be paying for it for the next few days until my hip realigns itself.
to put in perspective- when you drive a car your leg is relatively straight yeh...... well my leg was almost in the cross legged position- my knee was basically touching the window winder

Woohoo @outlander good on you for being reckless!!! ![]()
I think I remember telling you awhile ago that I used to own a horse so understand what position your legs and hips are in,
Hun I know you will probably pay for it down the track but maybe this is something you needed to do, to prove to yourself that you could still do it. Our minds work in wierd ways sometimes.

lol @Former-Member i rode my sisters horse who is suppose to be quiter but since she hasnt been worked either a few naughty habits come out but at least the craps out of her for when my sister rides again.
yep i remember, i felt it as soon as i got on but thought im already on i may as well ride now. i cant feel all the pain yet but have things on hand ready for that. i havent ridden in over a yr. i wont tell my gp as i know what she will say but i really needed to go out and do something. anything and that was my safest option.
i have to like walk it off till my hip realigns in as thats basically how im walking and sitting and its already made my foot play up and neck so need to get it back before it gets worse. losts of resting tonight and tomorrow

yes @outlander lots of rest tonight. Maybe even a bath if that might help.
If it has been that long than at least you know you can still do it. Maybe that is what was needed today to simmer those feelings that you have been having.
