@outlanderyou can ask for help hun, you know I will always try and help you or at least be here with you.
Just take a few deep breaths. Can you tell me which 2 emotions are the most prominant at the moment? Lets start slowly ![]()

Ok @outlander just try and take some deep breaths hun. Remember we sometimes think the worse and it turns out to be nothing at all.
Perhaps try to simplify your thoughts
Can you just keep repeating a few simple sentences in your head such as"
I am at home in my room
Everything will be ok
My feelings will pass.

@outlanderhugs hun, sounds like you have tried a few things.....
When you have felt like this before, what have you done in the past to get through it?

@outlanderhun don't fell terrible, you are not pushing me away.
Sometimes it is trial and error when we are distressed. Sometimes it is just about trying something and moving onto the next thing. I know how frustrating that can be too, when things we have done in the past are not working now.
Can you write yourself a script? That is something you read to yourself over and over again to try and help with the anxiety. I use them a lot, to the point where I know my script's of by heart now.
Or do you think you need to talk to someone over the phone?
