Hi @outlander - just read this - hope you are okay? Is everything alright? What happened? Worried for you.
I am off to share a nice lunch with my husband and go for a walk on this beautiful day making the most of it.

@outlander-Could you try to write it out on a Word document first? That way you can chop and change it if you need to, you can leave it and come back to later.

@outlanderI like @Sans911 idea of writing it down, even in dot point form.
In saying that it is hard sometimes to say them let alone write them.

Hey lil Sis @outlander. As you well know, everyone has good and bad days, mental illness or not. I am guessing that someone you care about in your family might be struggling with some things. I think when we have mental illness, it makes it amplified and seem all around us. And 1 in 3 people have some form of MI, so it is entirely possible. I think the nicest thing you could do is say to that person is 'I am here if you need me, I really care about what is happening for you, and if you are struggling, please don't be afraid to come and talk to me, I always be here to listen to you. And perhaps we can work it out together, or I could get you some extra help'. You have a heck of a lot on your plate though, so be very careful about ensuring you have healthy boundaries in place to protect yourself and the other person. Don't try to fix their problems, but at least acknowledge them and offer your support. I hope this is helpful for you
