Yeah im ok @Snowie just chilling here for now with some.Gotta abit bored of tv. My backs hurting think ive pulled a muscle earlier so just laying on a heatpack for abit. Might do a puzzle or 2 on my phone abit later too.

I havent been... @Snowie i dont think ive been reaching the 4 hr goal much these days.
Others are usually up late on a long rave so hang there for abit sometimes

Sometimes i feel worse when i sleep. I can't go too long without it before i hit the danger zone but a good nights sleep say 5 or 6 hrs i feel like some sort of zombie. Strange.
