It is just very hard to keep going. Have been apologised too, but still it doesn't mean a thing. Too much pressure.

you dont have to forgive them right now, that is perfectly fine. you are very hurt and distressed by what they done/said @Snowie it takes time to heal from those things esp when we are close to them.

i didnt just mean about whats happening for you either, i meant as a distraction etc. whatever you choose though is ok
