@Sans911 ..thanks for the feedback...and i agree that nurses especcially in MH do cop alot of crap...and i know there are some great nurses too....on one of my hospital stays when my SI was taking over my world i had a nurse with a beautiful soul share her own life ending attempt and went on to explain how her life since had changed for the better and she was now a happy high functioning member of society...i will never forget her and when i think of her i have very strong feelings of gratitude... i bet you are an amazing nurse full of compassion and empathy ....the way you speak to people in this forum shows that... have a great day

How did you go for sleep @Former-Member i managed a few hrs in and have the kids now

Morning all. Restless night for me. They can't get the meds quite right re:sleep. Too little like last night, and I don't sleep restfully, tossed and turned all night. Too much and I'm a bit of a zombie. Need to sleep on and off during the day as I'm constantly tired. Another med added in for nightmares/flashbacks but I don't really get those frequently or intensively to warrant it. Mind you I did have a horrible dream this morning where I just couldn't locate my car. I walked and walked and walked. Then I got into an argument with my best friend, because instead of coming to help me, she flopped down on a sofa outside a coffee shop and told me to come back and get her outside a pizza place. I was so angry.
Anyway, just my morning mind rambles.
I hope your day has some good moments.

Hopefully they get the meds sorted out quickly and your sleep improves. Wierd dream, hopefully that one doesn't eventuate!
