it seems to be a theme for me too lately but i guess you are right. 'everything' is a big statement and im sure there are some good things that i could find somewhere. i know whats causing it quite alot though and things just build on top so i tried to journal it out but it didnt clear my mind so much. my brains decided it wants to save every thought ive had the past day or so.
i do like your idea of finding the things that are less wrong. im struggling abit to find what that might be. ive been watching the big bang theory and thats one of my favourite things and i went for a walk to so im not too sure where i could find those...
which coping skills thread are you talking about..? @CheerBear

ah yep thats my old thread @CheerBear i hadnt thought of it thank you for the reminder, ill have a look back over there and see if something sticks out.
you know, i didnt even take any notice of my surroundings on my walk, i just kinda walked. the only thing really is the wind is pretty cold here so i felt that.
i have to pick up the kids soon so that might give my mind abit of a break but they often can make it worse- unintentionally of course, its just the brain mode im in atm.

yes your right there! its often stops one thing but strts another when the kids are home hey @CheerBear
no my sisters havent caught onto that one thankfully! but im sure if i show the little one she would be onto it straight away. the middle one is a teenager so isnt quite into that sort of thing now.
i hadnt thought of it as a mindfullness activity though so thats an option too.
thank you and big hugs for all your feelings of wrongness too ![]()
