Ok, now im up to date! hehe
So glad you had a better today sweets and were able to do some cleaning. I know when my environment is clean and tidy, I feel better. Otherwise I feel that things are getting on top of me and a messy environment stresses me out!
Awesome about the xray looking better. That’s a step in the right direction there!
Very proud of you for speaking to your therapist. What is dbt? Ive seen it mentioned a few times on the forums.
So true about things not changing overnight but things will gradually change. its just sticking at it hey? I can tend to be impatient at times which doesn’t help me though lol! We just have to keep trying to move forwards
And perhaps giving yourself a break from therapy is a good idea. It can become consuming at times.

i really dont like having such a messy house but i cant only do so much for the moment. as long as the stuff in view is clean/ish then thats ok. just basic stuff for now. @Bella1978
the xrays do look better only taken forever but its a good start.
DBT- Dialectable Behaviour Therapy. this sites better at explaining it more than i am..

i had a 2 month break from therapy which was ok but its not doing me any good the stuff we are working on atm. it doesnt help with the way she works and her set in ways and judgements so getting out of that and will find someone else.

hey sweetheart, checking in to see how you are today *mwah*
haha, i am the same - as long as stuff that you can see is clean, its all good! and yes, we can only do so much my luv.
i recall you saying that the therapy wasn't helping you, especially the way the therapist was conducting the sessions. the qualities you describe that she has are not the qualities a therapist should have.
what you been up to today luv?
ive got a load of washing on atm. catching up on messages on here. saw mum earlier on today. she was happy to see me today, made a nice change after yesterday lol ... i stayed with her while she had lunch - all the patients in her ward had lunch outside which was lovely so i sat with them. they even gave me a sandwich - so that was my lunch sorted for today!. i felt like staying there for the rest of the day ... they get afternoon tea, dinner and supper ... i could live with that hehe .... all i had to come home to was an empty house, dirty dishes and washing to do! lol. the nurses are lovely. i feel so calm knowing she is being looked after where she is.
im thinking you may be cooking dinner now ... whats on the menu tonight? I cooked up some crumbed chicken last night so its leftovers for me! 🙂
how is your pop today?

@outlanderis there something you can do to lower your anxiety? Some sort of self care. Have you had tea or eaten today at all?
In response to: Re: rough time

i tried a hot shower and breathing as was getting alot of chest pain and breathing troubles. thats eased but the anxiety has remained high. im trying to talk to people on here as well to help cope. i had breakfast around 11ish and just been having water throughout the day @Snowie

If talking on here helps @outlander than keep doing that sweetie. Perhaps something else to eat, even if it is a few biscuits.
