i thought by making the day good it would help with my drop in mood from the afternoon onwards but its hasnt. i get moment when i feel ok like when i shared the artwork but its like a constant buzz of the bad stuff atm @Sans911 somethings bothering me here still but i cant control how others react but its still hard to accept sort of thing. will just need to keep my own emotions in check
