Maybe some sleep would help @MDT i seen u had some loveley helpers earlier. Mayve aome of their tips would help too to get through the night

I'm still around @outlander for a bit if you need. I've just been tidying up and getting ready for bed. I've held off taking my meds for a bit. I want to make sure you and @Snowie are OK.

Hey @MDT - I was just coming back to say hi to you. And to say I'm sorry you're feeling down and depressed tonight. It's not a nice place to be.
I'm sorry I've been a bit of a stranger lately. And it's not just you either. I've pretty stuck to my little corner as I've struggled to cope outside that. I've followed along in bits and peices of what's going on for you. So please keep tagging me, as I do care and I'm interested, I just don't tend to jump around the felike I used to.

Thanks @Sans911 ill be ok though. Just resting in between pop and his illness. Already done 2 of those what was that noise runs to check on him.

@outlander - what's going on for your Pop? I know you said he wasn't well, but has got a cold or flu now? It's obvious it's got you worried. I will sleep hun. The meds make sure of that. And the cats make sure I wake up to feed them.

@outlander - I'm hoping that because you haven't answered you have dropped off for some much needed rest or sleep. Goodnight, my sweet lil Sis. I'm watching over both you, @Snowie and @Zoe7 and anyone else who needs me. I have no other needs to attend to right now, and nothing gives me greater pleasure than to care for others in need. Rest easy after your difficult day. I'm hoping tommorow might just a little better.
