No problem at all sweetie - no need to respond. rest instead. @outlander I meant to tag you over in the
something that made me smile thread - images of some crafted flowers from a course I got an email about. Thought you might like to see some ohter pretty crafts. It's all pretty things over there and a funny image of a cat sitting in a clear plastic pot!

Hi @Former-Member I thought id responded last night but mustve forgotten while I was taking a look at the techiques youd said last night. I did have a go at the square breathing technique for a little while last night.
Im glad your hands are abit better today and you were able to sleep better last night.
Oh how annoying re your plants, are you able to put some mesh up around your porch so it deters them abit?
Oh never mind im just scrolling through all the posts an just read your msg about the netting, the right spots for plants and experiments. I hope you can find what works for you.
Thanks for taking a look at the crochet kids. Where would I find the AUS ones? Would ebay have a book or something or is youtube better to learn from?

been missing you too @Sans911 my hands really hurting tonight have all the pain running up my forearm and massaging it like the specialist said it making it hurt worse. . mightve been the fact i dropped a shampoo bottle on my broken joint this morning while i was trying to wash my hair (she said i could take the splint off after a week so i could clean it up gently and take the compression bandages off for a little bit so took the most of that time and cleanedmy hand at the same time. and then this evening went to the horses and had to open a heavy gate so it took both hands or one hand and pushing with my other arm.
mentally still the same but im coping the best i can atm. im really tired but yet again no sleep and probably by 9 oclock ill pick up again.
how are you going? hows your day been?
