hey luv! how are you? thanks for your message 🙂 thank you for your kind words, yeah has been pretty crazy the past few weeks organising medical things for mum and managing my own emotions. i dont know how i do it, but i do lol. and it is very frustrating when i feel i have to look after what the docs and nurses are doing at the hospital *sigh*

@Former-Member no. It was the same thoughts i had on another thread. Itll work out though im sure. Wasnt intentional.
I dont usually choke but i guess being tired and being around noise i often shut down by foinf quiet. Guess i zoned out abut too much. It wasnt so much in public it was at a family function but i wasnt expecting that to happen. I didnt want to get out of that shower in a hurry but i have to be careful because of my hand. Cant get it wet so that includes steam.
Dignity and charm-well that is a new one. Definitely not a way i would describe myself thats for sure.
Im glad your doing ok and your new project sounds great! You wont be giving up tatting though will you? I quite like seeing your crafts.

Glad you're getting some things worked out or moving toward getting them worked out, for your mum.
Make sure you keep looking after yourself too, it's easy to let your own self care slide when there is so much else to work on.

@outlander I do see you as having a quiet dignity and a very real charm, in a good way, hon. I know these things are not things we will see in ourselves, but others can see them.
You're also very caring and considerate. You're the sort of person I'd love to have had as a daughter.
No, love, I won't give up on my tatting, I move around with different crafts quite a bit. At the moment I'm a bit frustrated because both my hands are so painful. What has triggered it to be so bad again, I don't know, it can just be something simple like picking something up. Yeah, thinking about it, I picked up the kettle to pour tea the other night without properly supporting my hand first, so that's one thing.
Anyway, it means I can't do the tatting, cos I can't hold the thread properly, but I did the hanky crochet for a bit, until I can't hold the crochet hook that way, so I shifted to the Red Thing, until it's too heavy to hold too. LOL, I just move things around, it's like playing chess sometimes!
I do love that you enjoy seeing my craft things. I appreciate it. I enjoy seeing your art work too. and appreciate that you share it.
