Snowie was waiting on her daughter to go to sleep first. But she had taken her meds as have I.
I've asked my pyschologist last week to reinstate the weekend check ins from a helpline. They ring me Friday night through to Sunday night. I didn't realise it would be this weekend but it was. Tonight's counsellor wasn't that great. Last night was better. Had me in tears. I like having this service. I feel a little bit safer.

Hey sweetie @outlander! I had to pop in to deal with something I found ... confusing and a bit upsetting ...
How are you going now, yourself? I hope I did not inadvertently upset you in a tag anywere ... I'd be mortified.
Did you manage to have something soft and light to eat for dinner or as a snack? I read a little about your day and truly hope you're feeling better.

hey sweets, i was reading through @Sans911 advice re: the women's group tomorrow and i think she gives you some great advice, with regards to the women's group and in general!! it is hard also when you are the youngest in those settings, especially when other people arent welcoming either . see how you feel in the morning though.
ok, listen to the song tomorrow, and tell me what you think of it. i think you will like it luv.
my days are dictated by how mum is atm. i do have my counselling appt on wednesday though and have put my name down for a support group for carers of someone with a mental illness - they meet on friday so am hoping to get there.
i made a list of geriatric psych's - there is one in particular that i really like. i will call him tomorrow and see if he is taking on new patients. mum needs someone that specialises in older people with mental illness. then i gotta explain to mum that she wont be seeing her other psychiatrist anymore ... thats gonna be fun - NOT! he said he wont continue treating mum. the idiot. but i dont want to tell mum that 😞

It sounds like a really good service @Sans911 sorry they werent all that helpful tonight but last night sounded like a good chat. Was there something bothering you tonight that you needed to talk about?

@Former-Member i know what your talking about but i cant go there atm as its way too triggerring. No you havent tagged me anywhere at all.
Im as ok as i can be atm. Quite tired.
I had a small breakfast and well picking at dinner till my brain decided i dont need to chew thi bf s and try to swallow them whole.
