are you okay? im certain i know the second post that triggered you. i was also tagged in it and was worried when i saw that you were tagged in it too. i left a message on their thread saying that i was worried it would trigger someone that is close to both of us. im really sorry luv 😞
im okay luv, got home from visiting mum not long ago. she wasnt too good unfortunately, i think she may be starting to get deliriuos again, she was saying some strange things whilst i was there, and i think she may be starting to hallucinate again. hoping im wrong but she wasn't right, i could just tell. and trying to explain that to the nurse so they could take another urine test (just with the strip) was a nightmare ! oh, and i also got in trouble cause i was looking through mum's file hehe ... i didnt know i couldnt look through it! gees, its mum's file, thought i could ... bad bella, bad bad bad
what you doing luv? im actually gonna get some info on private geriatric psychiatrists that mum could possibly see. i dont really know what else they are going to be able to do for her where she is. i feel like we're just going around in circles atm ... no definite answers, and im starting to get frustrated wtih it all.

Ok.....
The morning went ok even though no sleep. I was going ok up until midday. I havent been getting much further than midday if im lucky lately before i start to drop down and rather quickly. I choked in front of 15 people. I mustve zoned out while i was picking at dinner and didnt chew properly or something. I didnt need to go anywhere. I just had a drink and went in for a shower at mums house. My throat atm is rather sore and not much of a voice either. I tried really hard not to have any mini meltdowns either but i wasnt very successful at that but managed to keep sh free. Ive been trying not to drive to much as i cant concentrate that well. Id like to try and sleep abit more tonight but i never seem to even though im tired.

Im sorry to hear about your mum. Shes not having a very good time in there is she. I think trying to find some private care would be the best way to go. She doesn't seemto be getting any better just causing both you and her stress.
Breakfast went ok. Too early to get up for my liking but was a nice day weather wise. Im not doing anything just laying in bed keeping warm.
