Re: rough time
@outlander — lil Sis you HAVE so MUCH going on. And I'm not being derogatory when I say that. I'm actually really, really worried about you. Because it seems you are not getting ahead at all. And I'm seriously worried about your health, mentally and physically. You are obviously concerned yourself.
I think you need to get a hold on your unstable emotions and can't believe people (professionals) can't see what's going on. Stuck is not good. Not good at all. You need to try to stabilise your emotions and start to feel better better about yourself.
Don't beat yourself up about the cleaning. There's a few things I want to ask you and I think you've told me before your Pop is pretty independent. But you're worried about his memory. 1. Do you qualify for carer's payment from Centrelink? Can you get some assistance to help you manage the household jobs, like cleaning? And can you get your mother to help with bringing your sisters to you or picking them up?

Re: rough time
You might feel like a burden offline @outlander but you are definitely not one here. Do you think I would be here and offer help, guidance and support to you?
I like you @outlander. A lot. Its why I call you lil Sis. Because I feel so close to you, a special connection. I feel like I have taken you under my wings to protect and nurture you.
It's just your depression talking right now. It's making you feel worthless and a burden.

Re: rough time
Thanks @bella978 im not a fan of asking for help anymore, i feel shoved aside most of the time so makes it hard to ask even though i know i have here.
Thanks @Sans911 had a half hr sleep.go figure. I really didnt want to worry anyone. Yes, your right i need to get a handle on my unstable moods. The depression hits the hardest always and thats the one i struggle with the most. With pop I'm already in the centrelink benefits for him as a carer. And um not sure house help with housing stuff. Usually its not an issue. School holidays have just finished here so will help with a routine again too. I feel a special connection with you too. U feel like a big sister to me so that feeling is very mutual.
