Im having a hard day. An overwhelming one. Not long got back from the pdoc and talked about alot of things so just abit drained.

I was starting to feel better but have had a ache in the kidney area today -- don`t know why

Would a heat pack help your ache at all? Or a hot bath to relax in?

Im hanging tight for now @Bella1978 reating my hand but still have sisters. Wasnt suppose to have them today but mums bf got called into work so they are with me pretty much the rest of the week as well.
