Im ok @Shaz51 bit tired after not alot of sleep the past few days esp. Not long got back from the hand specialist
How r u going? Did you get much sleep?

The hand specialist seemed to go well. Shes put a finger cast on so that it stays properly. Shes given me a small exercisr to do and has asked i give myself hand and arm massage to ease some of the nerve and muscle pain ive got everywhere. She explained the main nerve and where its located and thats the pain im getting so it might be abit pinchef somewhere.
Shes given me some extra supplies in case something happens ie splint gets yukky. Its a removable cast but have been told not to take it off unless absolutly neccessary and any troubles give her a ring.
So i wear this one for a week and abit go get xrays go see her in 10 days for another assessment. If not healed then it goes back on/new splints made. If its ok to come off then i get a different splint stil supportive but can take off for showers. Give it another week with that then i start physio as well as the splint. Baby steps till ita all healed again.
Shes given me a wrist brace as well to use for extra support and supports the palm of my hand too.
Pain relief and try to relax my hand as much as possible
