Im going to attempt laying down in bed and going to my safe place. I think it was stupid coming out of hospital early now. I shouldve just stayed there

Good morning everyone
Despite whatever happened last night i managed a good 6 hrs sleep. Today is a day i just need to get through. My youngest sisters birthday. A whole day full of people. Everywhere. I am avoiding it where i can and possibly only going to the dinner as her party is full of little kids.
Will see how i go after that. Ill write up yesterdays gp visit soon as well
