@outlanderjust relax, close you eyes, take yourself to the safe place. Don't think about your breathing just let it come naturally to you. Just imagine where you are, who you are with, what you are doing. Concentrate on that for now

@SleepyPanda ive for my safety plan thanks . These tablets are suppose to work soon according to them so i dont want to drink anymore now. Thats the thing. Im not thinking about anything yet im panicing. Just really panicing
