Re: rough time
take care @outlander and remember to pace yourself !
Hey @Sans911 I'm not bad thanks. Just trying to find balance and get things in order. Granted, I have done this in the past couple of days but still trying deal with loneliness and isolation (even though I engage with people). Psych appt today.

Re: rough time
Morning sis @Sans911 it was another hard night but i got some sleep towards early morning without too many disturbances. Only just getting out of bed. Pop was doing the mowing so thought was indication to get up and have a cup of tea. Your welcome to join me with a coffee if you like before your walk.... Im okish this morning bit sore and tired but todays an easy day by thr looks of it. Mum with the kids till later when we do the horses. Not too sure what else to do today to keep occupied. Thank you for last night. I do find it helpful to talk it out abit too i just hope it wasnt too much pressure on you. How are you?

Re: rough time
@MDT - you can surround yourself with people but you can still feel lonely or alone. And while that's not a great feeling, it's ok to feel that way. Balance takes times, sometimes you get it, sometimes not. All the best with your pysch appt

Re: rough time
@outlander I'm having a coffee right now, so looks like we're on the same page literally. I didn't go for my walk today. It's inside, and we normally have a coffee after. I haven't got any money for a coffee but I also fell back to sleep after feeding the cats and woke up a little too late to get there.
I don't have much on today. I've said I'll go out with a mh group but they're going to an outdoor place and it's raining, so I'll likely give it a miss.
I have an essential oils workshop I'm presenting tommorow, so I have a fair bit of writing and preparation for that I need to do. Plus I I've paperwork and other things to do.
Jasper has just discovered the windows that I cracked open a little for my other cat. The other cat can't get out them, but Jasper can. Luckily I can easily distract him away but I will need to watch him around if I leave them open.
Last night wasn't too much pressure @outlander. I know my limits and I was nowhere near them. I admit it's frustrating as you only have my words to convey my feelings, and I want to help in so many other ways. I'd like to scoop you up out of there, and help you to get help but I can't. So it's difficult to be a spectator.
So worry about you, try to reach out for more help, and try to realise when you are perhaps 'putting on the mask' which might be difficult at first, but try to be honest and say that you are aware you might look ok, but you are far from that, and you desperately need help. I really don't understand why alarm bells aren't ringing when they see you SH. It's very concerning for me that people are missing these non verbal cues.
