Ive been trying to reduce my roles slowly. Everyone is use to this way too but it needs to change but at a slower pace. Yes your right ny hand isnt helping. I struggle with very basic things atm and my other arm gets tired quickly despite it being my dominant hand. Causing lots of meltdowns atm.
I should get a pill box but im only on 3 meds a day now. I stopped all others unless i need them like pain relief etc.
Thank you

Re: rough time
Ok sis i will try @Sans911
I stayed because i was determined to get through this but now im not sure. Im regretting ever going to therapy at all. It feels like its doing more harm than good but others have had good success with therapy. I took a break from therapy but i wasnt coping on my own but this one isnt helping either. I keep thinking maybe after a few sessions itll become better or next session might be better but it doesnt feel that way at all.
I dont really know i just seem to be ok at the gp. I look ok i sound ok so i must be ok and when i get there i barely say anything. I cant get it out. I said i was struggling about a week ago and she increased my meds. I dont know what i need i out that trust into my helpers offline for some sort of guidancr but i just dont know. I seem to get more help and lear alot from those here and self help then from them. The past yr all ive learnt from psychs is to be careful who you trust and that alot of them i dont click with. Maybe its my personality? Am i that horrid that they find it too hard to help me?
Your last part -100% your right. My mistakes get noticed but when something good happens i feel shoved away and when i do want to share i feel i cant because i feel itll upset others.
Thank you for what you wrote. I wish i could believe that within myself too.

Re: rough time
Nope not leaving @Bella1978 coming here has been the best thing ive ever done. The one decision ive made that i have no regrets over. Talking here has helped. Its getting some thoughts out and it helps that people actually get it here and often have lived experience obviously all situarions are diff but theres often some similarities Thank you for your help too

@outlander Good girl, u stay 😊 Being able to talk to people that understand, and who we can also help on their journey is one of the best forms of therapy i think x
