They really drain me but were ok. Mum finished at one so it wasnt a long day.
Im abit worried about the appointment so been distracting myself. And tomorrow i have to be around ao many people all day for my sisters birthday. I mighy be able to get out of half of it as its just her friends doing pony rides as a pony party but dinner will be harder.

@outlanderjust concentrate on one thing at a time. Get through the gp first. You will be fine. Remember you are in control.

Ok @Sans911 yeh i have to put reminders up to actually use them. It usually goes out the window or i stop caring. I have to head to my gp appontment soon so might wait till after then. Itll be a distraction for afterwards.
