@outlander

i understand sweets, it's a crock of poo though when you think about. it is great that we get the therapy sessions under the care plan but everyone is different and therefore the number of sessions one needs will vary to the next person. please be gentle with yourself, ok?

Re: rough time

Going in that bit earlier in case sounds like a good plan @outlander, take something to do to occupy your time if it's later. That always helps me, without fail. But I am old fashioned and carry a handbag with more than I would need for any single trip.

It's at least half the size of what I used to carry though! Every now and then I try to train myself to carry only my wallet, or the payment card, but it's hard for me to do. LOL Old habits!!

Finances, understood! Window shopping can be lots of fun too. And keeping an eye out for things you like that can be made into a giftmass list if you celebrate that season can be a great idea too.

And, yes, hon, you really do amazingly well, with everything you fit in, so feel as good or okay with yourself as you can! Best wishes, your'e probably on your way now.

Will talk later.

hello @Shaz51

yeh it kind is @Bella1978 i might be able to get an extra 5 ontop but have to speak to my gp and also goes off how my psych thinks im doing which tbh i dont find accurate considering she doesnt ask how i am. ill try and be gentle with myself. i am my own worst enemey sometimes!

@Former-Memberthank you, not headed off yet got another 20 minutes or so yet even with leaving abit earlier. im not a fan of handbags i feel like i loose everything if i dont have them in my hand but maybe i should use one while ive only got one hand! she has things to read in her waiting room so can read something from there if i get bored.

Re: rough time

Hmmm, yeah, I can understand about holding things in your hand @outlander. If I carry my wallet or card or whatever, I can't trust myself not to put it down and forget to pick it up, or trust that someone else won't steal it while my mind is focussed on something else. The things I left behind shopping when I was a kid!

A shoulder bag is what I must have so I can have hands free. But that may also come from having had multiple small children needing to be kept safe and together too.

Pockets are good too. I am in the process of putting pockets on everything so I can travel lighter on short visits. But my wallet is still too big for a pocket!!

What can I say, I am a work in progress!!!

More good wishes coming your way.
