Ah yes, that's a pain when that happens. I have notes on my desk for all sorts of things in case I forget (which happens a very great deal). I used to have a small student diary and that was useful to keep all appointments in. I'd carry it with me and refer to it to make appointments ahead of time so nothing clashed. Don't have that many now, so not so important for me.
You did say 1.40 in one of your earlier posts this morning, but it would be better to check as you ahve done.
You're doing great hon. I know it doesn't feel like it, but from someone on the outside looking in, you are.
Are you going to see if you can find a reward when you go shopping?

remember at your therapy session to go at your own pace, it is so hard bringing up things that upset us. if you feel it is getting too much, you let your counsellor know. it's a process and you dont have to rush it luv xxx

im usually really occupied but having a moment of doubt and now i think its 130 as i often finish at the same time as the kids get out of school @Former-Member maybe its best i head there by 130 it might be be a bit longer wait. i went through my emails to check the time but ive only got the one from the first one but its not that time i am very sure of. i had it written down in my phone but i had it in a draft msg but since changing my number i lost it! thank you for saying im doing ok, it can be really hard to realise when we hit those low moments.
um not not for me, im putting a layby on for my sisters for their horse club (mum will help pay for it as we go along as well) . im not needing anything and struggling abit with finances so trying not to spend on unneccessary stuff.
