Can hear pop coughing from other room too so will sleep lightly

Im glad u got some relief from the pain in ur hand
I can understand u not finding a comfy position to sleep in. When my rheumatoid arthritis has flared in the past, especially my knee, it was uncomfortable to get to sleep.

Bodies can be a pain cant they @Bella1978 and they seen to flare more at night ( well thats what i find) so makes it harder to sleep.

Fortunately im on a cocktail of meds that keep it at bay. An anti-inflammatory, a disease modifying drug and a fortnightly immunosuppresant injection. In the past it was pretty bad tho

A lot of meds yes, but am grateful they work. I used to get a large collection of fluid in my knee - it woukd just get bigger and bigger - i couldn't bend it and it would feel so heavy. Ive lost count of how many times i have had to get it drained over the years! Would always play on my mental health when it flared.
Feeling a bit more settled now, and getting sleepy

Yeh he gets reflux too and think he might be getting a cold. He has sleep apnoea too but he wont let me help him so cant do much @Bella1978
