This is pretty normal for me. I dont really sleep much more just rest but feeling abit off tonight in a few ways

Cant get comfy cause of my hand and have a stomach ache. I had heaps if reflux before and its that sort if ache.

Im not a fan of cous cous rather blank @Bella1978 but its filling
My hands not too painful ive taken pain relief for it. Just cant find a comfy poaitio position to sleep in. Just tossing and turning constantly again.
I took my reflux meds and its helped abit but still have abit. ( thought i was going to throw up about half hr ago) Stomachs not a happy chap and abit of chest pain from it.
