Re: rough time
@outlander Morning lil Sis. Sorry to hear you had a restless night. Why didn't you use worry time? You have good coping skills, you've just forgotten how to access them. And don't forget, at the end of the day your professionals are people, who make mistakes, who get it wrong and fk it up. That's not an excuse, just an explanation. They don't know you so well, so they have to find out from you what you want or expect from them. Tell you have trust issues, then they know they have to work harder. And you might not like them at first. It might take time to warm to them. Tell them that you know what you don't want, but aren't sure what might work for you. Tell what has and hasn't worked previously. Tell the mm where you think you might like to be. It's not the big stuff you need to sort just yet, but the little stuff is first in order to deal with the big things. And try not to stress about the past or future. You can't change the course of those. You can only deal with right now, this moment in front of you. 💕💕💕💕

Re: rough time
Morning sis 💜@Sans911 I didn't even think of it tbh. I dont know what im doing. I dont know whether im arthur or marther. I know they are people too and they can stuff up but not like the other ones. I still have the same psychiatrist and i still have the same gp but im hoping that with communication they will be able to help. Starting with sleep would be really good. The psych team these people are new to me. Ive had them before bur the person i worked with for the bpd assessment isnt with them anymore so these one will be new.

I want to help myself and let them help me.. i think but scared to.... but without hospital. @outlander
Good Morning outlander I know you are not well, so I will only leave you one message. I understand that I got side tracked last nite, when I was still helping you? I apologise, I get flustered & overwhelmed at times. I can not handle too many people all at once. You are more important to me. If you still would like to draw with me today, today let me know & I will do my best to do it. Yesterday was a big thing what you tried to do & I am just a person. Love & Hugs Bella xo 🙂
