Hello @outlander
Do you have med for the panic attacks? Mine (anxiety medication) is more of a preventative that I take when things are starting to get too much. I have been able to identify warning signs for when the anxiety is starting to build causing lots of muscle tension and the migraines that follow that.
Waking with a panic attack is just awful. My gp is concerned that it's my breathing being blocked that is causing some of mine during sleep. I will say that sleep is more restful since starting these anti biotics for the stomach infection, so that's something.
Be as kind to yourself today as you can, won't you, please. I know you have things you have to do, but hopefully in there somewhere you can make or find some pleasant and restful moments for yourself as well as your sisters.

no. im not on meds atm due to side effects from them so need to speak to pdoc again. they dont give me prn meds usually because i tried to O. D before so they are weary of what they give me @Former-Member they might give a few days worth at time but id have to ask again and start the process of finding the right meds again.
im really glad your abx are working now, that would be a big help

Just sitting is still doing something for yourself @outlander
and that is a good thing.
Are you listening to music while sitting? what sort of music do you like, if any.
I need to find something different because I'm finding very little music anything other than aggravating in recent months. Which is really peculiar for me. For years I sang in choirs as an alto.
I have a couple of phrases by REM on continuous play in my head today! 'I've said too much .... I didn't say enough'.... I know what it relates to. That's better than the hymns that were on replay in my head yesterday though!
Are there any interesting things happening within your view?
