Im not copin @Shaz51 conflicts on here this morning and it made me really distressed and then lunch time mum had a good rant not at me but too me but it was so much to take in and i had my first trauma session today and it was hard and i broke down and i have nevet cried in a therapy session and then she got teary and said thats alot and that is really trauamtic and no wonder your scared out of your mind.

She dried her eyes recomposed herself and waiter till i started breathiny again and asked me to continur on with my story. I basically retold everything i could remember about the dog attack. The smells sights sounds details everything. @Shaz51 she told me to plan this weekend and to keep safe.

Its over now the conflicts @Shaz51 but i read them yesterday and this morning but behind the scenes are working it out. Its still affected me to much i couldnt drive this morning because of how upset i was. It wasnt to do with me but i dont handle conflicts well

Staying safe @Shaz51 is really the priority atm. Tomorrow and through till tuesday is an aniverasry of a significant trauma- the one i talked about today.
Tomorrow i the horses but i dont know what else. Pops not at home hes gone away so im on my own atm as well.
