And ive got the kids tomorrow from 8am and i dont know what im suppose to be doing. And tomorrows gp appointment. I was talking to @Sans911 and i dont know how to basically hand my care into those mh professional after constantly being burnt by them plus im getting a drainage done
And mum keeps talking to me about showing and the things she brought for the kids and im trying to be polite or just ignoring the msg but its making me really nervous

Re: rough time

I can understand the nerves playing on you @outlander. You are taking a massive step putting your mh care into the hands of people who have let you down previously. Just remember the main thing, YOU are WORTHY of help and assistance by these people, despite how they have treated you in the past. A drainage at the GP also sounds very painful and will need to be looked after afterwards to prevent infections. I do hope they treat you well tomorrow. Take us all in your pocket on your phone for support if you need.

I can also understand not wanting to look at your mother's messages and being reluctant to discuss showing the horses with her. I remember when my Father brought all my horse stuff back to me amongst my belonging he dropped off. There were photos, ribbons and stuff from my showing days. I've kept all my rugs and tack despite knowing I'll never ride again (too many injuries and too old to start again). It brings up all sorts of emotions for me (as I imagine it would for you too). I love horses and couldn't bear to part with my stuff, but it brings up melancholy feelings when I see them.

I wish your Mum would stop putting so much pressure on you... looking after the kids, the horses. She needs to seriously give you a break! Massive hugs @outlander.
