rough time

I'm so sorry I wasn't around yesterday to support you. It sounds like it was a really challenging day, difficult day for you. Your Dr sounds a little contradictory on occasions. But I do agree that either your physical or mental health issues need to take priority in order to correct the other. I noticed in your other unedited post something about PCOS, which wouldn't surprise me and you fit much of the symptoms. Is your usual GP or a new one. Maybe a second opinion might help.

Yesterday was a very long, difficult day for me as well. And very emotional. I wanted to come online several times but was stopped by so many calls on my phone and the pressure of dealing with people. I've been awake since 4am,and just can't write about it atm. Will do so later. I'm so struggling to keep my eyes open but I have to leave for my walk in 30mins.

Morning sis @Sans911 will talk more about yesterday abit later not really awake.... I knew yesterday was busy for you with appts and vets as well and im happy to chat when your ready.
Im suppose to go to the social group. Id have to leave in 45 min. I didnt go last week from appts
This week is on budgeting and styling homes cheaply which seems ok but im not feeling the best and not really up for it. Its not a bug (i hope) so not catching. Might be able to go then leave at the cooking demonstration (not good with smells atm )
