Just dealing with a few internal struggles atm but will be ok. Really exhausted. Its 2 oclock and im still in bed. I was going to go for a walk but my body says nope not enough energy for that. So just been watching movies and doing a page of my book every now and then @Snowie @Shaz51

is it sunny there @outlander, even if you sit outside for a bit might help , I know i can`t because it is raining here and with this infection makes me feel yuk too

Probably not today @outlander. Possibly tommorrow if that's ok. I'm pretty flat today. Have a think about what thing/s you want to learn or get from DBT. You can let me know today; I don't mind.
