good friday which is the end of march this yr and basically all of april @CheerBear im relatively ok today- not worse so thats a good start. . just wondering what the heck is going on inside my body, my nurse and gp are both stumped so more bloods were drawn and i get them back next week at gp appt. hopefully some answers will help then
*good friday was the day of the dog incident which is also why that damn news article and constant updates are a huge trigger for me whihc is sending me a bit off the rails. so lots of avoiding atm until new news comes in and its not the headlines. i thought id gotten rid of all the news report sites but guess not and a few fb friends are sharing it around as well.

@Snowie nice to see you sis. ❤ Today is a rest day im waiting on a few deliveries i forgot about. Got a text msg this morning saying my parcel is due to be delievered today. Some new books to read :face_with_rolling_eyes:
Thank you @frog its everywhere. You dont realise how many times theres a news update even betwern ads and all over fb and the internet until your avoiding a trigger. The only time i watch tv now is for one tv show but i mute when the ads come on and dont look at the screen for a few min except quick glances to see if shows back on.
As much as my heart goes out to the family plastering it all over well everywhere anytime someone says boo to them is abit much. When our ( sister and myself) trauma happened we were on the news too but after about 3 days it was gone thankfully. Thanks for your thoughts and stopping in ❤

I was on earlier today on another thread for a little bit only just logging back in now. I havent been doing much just watching a few movies and practicing a coping strategy. Just having a real rough time this arvo/evening
