@outlanderWe all make a choice to be here, or not. She made that choice as much as she made choices to refuse to seek help from anyone else outside the forums. I think she was really, really hurting and believed her options were limited. But yes, I remember times before and even during my times here with the support of the forums, I have made inappropriate choices that have been detrimmental to me because I didn't seek support here. I hope maybe after some time she may come back here, and if not we can only wish her love, and care.

I just remembered (and want to post before I forget) that I found something today and it made me think of you, probably because of the sleep stuff that's happening. I was playing on Pinterest and came across this.
It's stuff you already do but I liked the pros and cons addition. It might not be helpful and feel free to "yep nope" it if it isn't, but there may be something in it (plus it's pretty looking and not too 'busy' - these are important to me haha).
Hope you can see it ok.
