Re: rough time
I know you still have doubts and that's ok.
Can you just recap briefly what you discussed last time? The first session?

Re: rough time
Yeh.. we talked about my past sh and si attempts Abit of info like work, family tree And discussed abit of traumas and past life- said the dog incident which is my biggest one and a few other things that had been borthering me except the sa and the family responsibilities and pressures. She told me to do a triggers list but prob wont use it. She told me to do a vision board which i havent done and not doing yet. Discusses how she works which confused the crap out of me @Sans911 thats all i can rememeber atm

Re: rough time
Thanks @outlander. I saw/read something recently about how to use these 10 sessions effectively. Essentially what you do is devote each session to one problem, my suggestion is that also in the week between you do some homework/personal development exercise or revision of the previous weeks work as well as preparation for the upcoming session. So things like perhaps a bullet list of things you want to discuss with her, your current coping strategies for that particular issue (and she if she can help replacing then with safer & healthier alternatives.
You may need to loose one session (tommorow's) to discuss this with her. She may not agree, but you are the patient, and therefore it's in your best interests to put yourself first.
If you only had 8 sessions left, then it's obvious that you can't deal with 'big' stuff, as important as it is. But SI/SH should definitely be a session, maybe managing anxiety another, assertiveness awareness & response, etc. Do you think that you could do this?

Re: rough time
I could do that @Sans911 She said something about working by each session and talk about how i feel on the day. It was really rushed last session so maybe itll be better this tme i just feel really uneasy with her. She makes me nervous as soon as i walk in the door.
