Whereabouts are you on holiday, if you can say, that is. I hope you’re having a nice time, despite the heat.
I have air con on. I like to make my bedroom cold at night. Then I turn it off and have the fan on.
There’s only one sleep med that helps me @outlander and I found out about it by accident. I saw a different gp and he prescribed it.
Sleep is so important, yet so many struggle with it. 🤔😳

Trying to cut down on the sleep meds.
Can’t take them for too long. Have to have a break.

Its another one of these stupid nights sis. I wanted to wait as something here was making me abit nervous so held off talking.
