@outlander oh dear, you really aren't on the ball are you? Palpable? Means felt. When you palpate someone's belly, you're feeling with your hands for abnormalities. I told you that I tendency for big words hun. So when someones loss is palpable, it's really felt. Strongly. Immediately. Ged it?

@Sans911 Good morning Sans911. How is everything going? I know you were very stressed with the new people coming into the ward. How are you feeling about the changes now? Are your nerves calmed down a bit?

@Bunniekins I walked out of the ward. I'm at home because my local unit has no beds. I'm being monitored by the outpatient mental health team until they have a bed. I'm struggling, but managing
