I'm on here bit longer @outlander,than we will turn off our devices,to tell the truth bit scared to be alone with my thoughts as I get distressed,as I realise I have lost.

@outlander,can't stand noise now,my mother has the tv going all night her door is closed as well as mine,hour ago I thought she was in the kitchen as the noise was coming in,no she's sitting up in bed,with the door open.It stresses me the noise.Sometimes she leaves the door open of a morning and gets on the phone.She knows I'm asleep!
I did used to sleep with tv on but can't relax.
