Ive been laying and resting for ages. I had a bath to cool and calm and relax and then have been laying in bed and done a relaxation thing. It finished and now wide awake again @Former-Member im tired why cant i just go to sleep

I have same problem my mind is anxious,chaos in my head,and tired.But can't wake in morning.Dont know @outlander , how about deep breathing for a few minutes if you haven't done that,I find that helps at times.

@Former-Member ive been trying... ive tried a 15 minute guided relaxation as i cant seem to do it on my own. Ive even taken half a sleeper and ita been 2 hrs and still no change. I just want to go to sleep

2 1/2 years ago I met @Mazarita on this site, bumping into each other in the wee hours.
So glad for her friendship. Often I dont need much more than simply seeing her/you around.
Hoping your friendships also last and bloom.
These days I am on higher meds and sleep earlier. That is an improvement in my general stress levels.

Good night @Appleblossom i was on super high meds but cant handle the weight gain so gone off them now. Im glad and thankful to have you a friend too 💖
