im glad you could read that post @Former-Member i didnt realise it came out that bad until Sans meantioned it.
im using here as a check in point today to hopefully motivate me to do something other than sit around.
so far ive done a load of washing, fed all the animals- dog, bird and rabbit (horses later on) and vaccumed the floors. not a great deal more to do but tiring easy so just doing a few things at a time.

I don't mind caring either @outlander,but if it's not appreciated or you it is affecting your physical and emotional health....it's not worth it.Now realise whatever I've done is for nothing.
Tell you my cleaning tip ,I clean with methylated spirits,learnt it from the women I 🏠 clean for and it's cheap,it's good to put about a quarter of a cup in with hot water to clean tile floors,and good in spray bottle to do windows.Also dries quick which is good with old people and doesn't smell.

@Former-Member
im glad your not as edgy as the past few days, we are here for you too. a bath sounds nice, if i get time to myself today and not have to go out i might take one too. i have to feed the horses later on so might not be such a good idea. im thinking about reading or maybe some drawing.
it seems we have quite abit in common inregards to families, responsibilities etc. its a shame but it helps us connect too. some people cant take responsibility for themselves so blame others and make it their mistake. makes it really hard to deal with even though we know the truth, with such low self esteem already it doesnt seem to take much to knock it further does it. i commend you on being a carer for your mother under the circumstances you have.
i do live near a reject shop, i spent 50 on a lot of stickers and accessories a few days ago to add to the self care book that Sans suggested i could do. coles though only sells it for like $3 too so might get some abit later on this afternoon

maybe have a lay down for a while and then walk later @Former-Member im not sure how to reduce blood pressure in a short time so not much help there. if your mother doesnt need you right now then cna you do something for yourself? gardening? reading a book? watching a movie?
hearing and feeling like your not a lone is scary, ive experienced that too and still do but more whne stress levels are higher than normal or certain triggers.
have you thought about asking for anti-psychotics? i know you dont want anti-depressants which is entirely up to you. i worry about you too, i wish life would improve for you somehow
