@outlander do you know if they have more psychologist i your area that take care plans you could try if you find she makes you to uncomfortable. You have every right to try somebody else as say this working relationship wont work, same as people you meet in life you dont 'gel' with everyone and thats ok its just the same with therapist. Know i am always here for you and thinking of you ❤❤

Re: rough time
I told her that i can talk about abit but i need direction and not walk in and say this is what i want to talk about. It pretty much means that every session it wont be about anything in particular but rather one certain topic like panic attacks. But i only have 50 minutes tops to speak and doeant run in the form of talk about how i feel or my thoughts. Just one topic. @Snowie
Oh and forgot @Former-Member that she explained one thing well but then she would cofuse me by saying the opposite like the labels - live under the labels but dont let the symptoms affect you?

Re: rough time
You and me both @Former-Member it is actually distressing me because i am so confused.
Theres one other but its quite abit of travel time @Former-Member apparently she does bulk billing so even if i get through a few sessions with this one and still not finding it helpful ill just have to travel and hr each way depending on traffic ( with alot itll be more time)

Re: rough time
Yes for me to see someone would be over an hrs drive.I worry about my records at the drs,he puts "SC risks"today I worry how private .
But that that one sounds like she's looking down at you,she might as well give you a toddler's seat to sit on just to intimidate you.

Re: rough time
@outlander,it won't help the counseling as stated won't put myself through that again ,if I got a life away from mother and a job that's the best treatment,I got scared today because I know I'm at the end for many reasons.Thats why you have to find the right help.
