rough time

@Bunniekinswell i am wierd !

yes after about the second day of no sleep things go down very quickly @Sans911 i do try to keep to a routine. i have a shower and try to have dinner and then will lay in bed and have a movie or a tv show on but it seems when i acutally get to bed i become more wide awake. i have tried to incorporate a breathing routine too to help me get to sleep and ill sleep for maybe a few hrs but then that panic attack thing will come back. its been doing it for the past week maybe more but even with sleeping tablets the past 2 nights ive still been up. if i have to pick up the kids the next morning i cant take them as they make me groggy and unco-ordinated until around 11ish then start to function a little more

I am sorry that I put you through so much today. I know you were hit with a massive bus as was I. It is not sorted yet but am hoping it will be in the coming days. I don' want to say too much at the moment, still very very cautious at this satge.
