@outlander - I know lil Sis you often think that but you have amazing resilience and strength. I think you need to really get your sleep sorted somehow because sleep deprivation is triggering a lot of your feelings of being overwhelmed. Do you have a regular sleep hygiene routine? Like I take my sleeping pills at about the same time, get ready for bed & try to turn off my electronic devices about an hour before I sleep. I understand you struggle with nightmares but perhaps you need a wind down time before bed. I mean, you know yourself best, but when I don't sleep I'm really irritated, more easily triggered.
