My sweet, after what you went through this morning it is no wonder you are having trouble. I know what you are doing with Mr12 and Mr8 is important and needs to be done, you need however to soften yourself talk, make sure the words you are using about yourself in your head are gentle and loving. Before and after having a thought about yourself ask yourself "would I say that to Kimmy?"

All I can concentrate on right now is the unsettling feeling in my chest. How uncomfortable it is right now. My heart is pounding and I feel really sick.
