I'm sorry I know it's not easy cause it happens to me too. But I am ok. Just dealing with my thoughts in my head.
we were suppose to be chatting not talking about this stuff. Like you said before I don't think we are ready to talk about it. I promise a little later perhaps when you are maybe feeling ready to do so I will talk about then.
