I am so happy to hear you are doing so well. That is wonderful.
I am dealing right now. The flashback has rattled me. Just trying to keep the SH monster at bay. Talking with you is helping. By now it would have happened multiple times. However for now it's just thoughts running through my head. No SH done. Being caught up in your own head alone is a dangerous place to be for me. Things seem to spiral out of control very quickly. Not a great place to be when your alone.
my chest is still sore from the panic attack and I am still feeling a little anxious however it is much better than before. So thank you so much for that. You have helped calm me down a lot.
Yes I did see that message and i have been wondering what she meant by that. So whenever your ready I am happy to listen my friend.
