I feel like I have been hit by a truck. Every muscle is sore. And my body feels heavy. I haven't been able to move for a while. Just tried standing up but had to sit back down again. I am still finding it hard to breath and my hands are still shaking.
honey I took a couple SP before to try and calm me down so if I don't respond for a while i have probably fallen asleep.

Do you think you need to call and ambulance? You have had a big night couple of nights so being agitated probably not unexpected, not nice though.
